On Monday 21 March 2022 Parosha International B.V. put two produced moonpool doors on transport.
These two moonpool doors, each weighing approximately 10 tons and measuring 3.8 x 4.0 x 0.8 meters, were transported by truck to the Port of Rotterdam.
From there the moonpool doors will be shipped to the Asian customer, where the moonpool doors will be installed in a navy vessel.
The specifications for this project have been in close consultation with the customer, to meet the very strict navy requirements package. This very strict package of requirements applies to the following points within the project;
- Welding
- Construction
- IRS Certification (navy specific)
- Organization
- Materials
- Controls
- Preservation
During the entire project, these points were tested several times by the customer, and all points were successfully completed.
The total project has been delivered including; ; hinges, hydraulic cylinders, sensors, locking cups and locking pins.
